OTEC volunteers experience Guatemala

Harney County-Wyatt Shelley from Harney Electric, Jeff Pillow, Charlie Tracy and Lea Hoover from OTEC spoke on Harney County Live about their trip with a total of 9 volunteers to Guatemala and supplying electricity to a village that has never had electricity before.
They spoke about their experiences, the process of being there and the next up coming trip in 2025.
