OTEC talk about scholarships and rebates

Harney County-Shane Stenquist, Manager of Communications with OTEC, Lea Hoover, Director of Member Services with OTEC and Tucker Billman Manager of Government Affairs with OTEC spoke on Harney County Live about the District Meeting that took place in Burns last month.
they also spoke about all the scholarships that OTEC offers to high school students, returning college students and even student that do not want to attend a college, but would rather do a trade school or even lineman school. OTEC also offers each year 1 scholarship that will pay for 4 years of a students college tuition.
Shane, Lea and Tucker also spoke about capital investments, capital credits and also about their rebate program that is offered through OTEC.
