Oregon State Police stop a vehicle for speeding on Highway 20

Harney County- Yesterday, March 22,2023 Oregon State Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on HWY 20 near milepost 128 in Harney County. A records check indicated that the driver Miguel Oleary, 30, of Silverton had a misdemeanor warrant for DUII out of Marion County.
The warrant was confirmed and Oleary was placed under arrest.
Oleary was also issued a citation for diving while suspended and failing to install an ignition interlock device.
