Man’s hunting license suspended for 3 years

Harney County- A man has lost his hunting license for 3 years and is ordered to pay a total of $1,199.99 in court fines according to Harney County Court Documents. Walter Wayne Backman, 63, plead guilty to Taking, Angling, Hunting, or Trapping in Violation of Wildlife Law or Rule, 498.002, Misdemeanor Class A, committed on or about 09/29/2022.

Backman had his hunting license suspended for 3 years, placed on 12 month bench probation and is ordered to pay court fines.
