JOHN DAY – John Day Canyon City Parks and Recreation Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Board Anna DeVicentis recently informed KJDY listeners that JDCC Parks and Rec. are open to suggestions when it comes to their public programs:

“If anybody has any suggestions as far as…events that they think would be great to have, or something that they would like for Parks and Rec to consider adding to programs, we are always welcoming those types of submissions.

Feel free to let us know. We can always present it at the board, and if the board thinks it’s a great idea, then we’ll say, ‘Yeah, let’s go ahead. Let’s do that.’”

DeVicentis said the goal is to add to and enrich the community. Find more information about JDCC Parks and Rec at: https://jdccparksandrec.org/
