I-84 Road Closure

LA GRANDE:
UPDATE AS OF 9:00AM: I-84 westbound is now open between Exit 265 (4 miles east of La Grande) and Exit 224 (15 miles east of Pendleton).
Update from ODOT: ODOT: East. Ore.: I-84 is closed westbound between Exit 265 (4 miles east of La Grande) and Exit 224 (15 miles east of Pendleton) due to multiple spun-out vehicles blocking the highway near milepost 247. U.S. 30 and OR 204 (Tollgate Highway) westbound are closed to non-local traffic as they are not viable detour routes for I-84. Crews are onsite and working to clear the highways. Avoid travel in this area this morning if possible. If you do travel, be prepared for delays and winter weather, and stay on main highways. Closure is expected to last several hours.
Posted at 7:20am: I-84 is closed westbound from milepost 265 at La Grande to milepost 224 (Poverty Flats) due to multiple spun out vehicles blocking the roadway. ORE204 Tollgate is closed westbound. Local freight and passenger vehicles only. No I-84 access for commercial motor vehicles.
