I-84 Boardman crash updates

UPDATE AS OF 8:55AM: One lane of I-84 is now open at Boardman

UPDATE: ODOT has updated information on this closure to I-84 EASTBOUND, not westbound as previously reported by ODOT.

PREVOUS: I-84 is closed at mp 162, 2 miles west of Boardman. According to ODOT, this closure is affecting all westbound lanes.
