Deceased cougar on Highway 395

HARNEY COUNTY-Harney County Sheriff’s Office started yesterday morning off early! Just before 1am, Harney County dispatch received a report of a driver that hit a cougar on HWY 395 N near mile marker 62.
Harney County Sheriff’s office picked up the deceased cougar and turned it over to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
