Burns Police Chief talks about possible diversion class

Burns-Burns Police Chief Steve Macartney spoke on Harney County Live about the police department and everything that is currently happening. The Burns Police Department is full staffed (minus the officers that are in training), grants that the city has received and are working with and instead of giving a ticket for people who haven’t had a ticket in quite some time and giving them the option of a diversion class.
