Burbank murder suspect arrested in California

WALLA WALLA – A man wanted in connection to the September 2010 fatal shooting of Jose Ramon Hernandez-Solis, 37, following a party in Burbank is back in Washington after being arrested in California.

Walla Walla County Undersheriff Joe Klundt says Luis Reyna-Carillo, 31, address unknown, was extradited back to Washington by detectives on Friday and booked into the Walla Walla County Jail for first-degree murder.

Reyna-Carillo made his first court appearance in Walla Walla County Superior Court Monday afternoon.

According to court documents, the victim was found deceased, lying on the floor of a large metal shop building on the 500 block of Basin Drive in Burbank on Sept. 10, 2010. It appeared he had been shot multiple times.
